There is a difference in the coordinate system of your vector data (NAD83 / Indiana West (ftUS)) and your DTM raster (WGS 84 / Pseudo Mercator). As a consequence, no point is created for any cross-section, including the banks positions.
In order to obtain proper results you have to keep your data in a single coordinate system - either reproject your vector data to the Pseudo Mercator or convert you raster to the NAD83.
Hope that helps,
Radek Pasiok

I have changed projected coordniate system (EPSG 2315, EPSG2084, EPSG5356, EPSG24879) and the problem remains, can it refer to something else?
Best regards,
Carolina.

Antonio, your Flowpaths table has only one object (Channel). You have to create two more - for left and right overbank and assign them type 'Left' and 'Right'. Then your LOB and ROB lengths will be calculated.
Carolina, can you post a sample of your data?
